Hi, we’re Marie and Michael, two foodies living and studying in Vienna!

On this blog you’ll find delicious and easy vegan recipes. Regardless of whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or just interested in learning more about the whole plant-based eating phenomenon, you’ve come to the right place. Our mission is to inspire whomever with our delicious recipes and ideas. We want you to get involved and cook up exciting new dishes that are colourful, bursting in flavour and fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re a cooking expert or a newbie to the whole cooking thing. There is something for everyone on here, and we’re continuously working on expanding our range of recipes further. So you’re welcome to follow us on our journey towards making vegan cuisine fun and approachable for everyone and cook up some delicious food on the way.

Marie started THE VEGAN ALLROUNDER as a creative outlet for her daily cooking adventures. She’s the mastermind behind the recipes and photography - serving you dishes packed with love, inspiration and the drive to show the large variety of vegan food. When she’s not creating new and exciting recipes, you can find her reading books, gardening on her balcony or strolling through Vienna’s streets looking for inspo.

Once upon a time, Michael barely ever ate his veggies - until he met Marie and learned about the health benefits of a vegan diet and slowly but surely even grew into a veggie enthusiast. By now he’s a convinced vegan and he’s carrying the heavy burden of taste testing and eating everything Marie cooks up in the kitchen and manages all the social media accounts, as well as this blog, and is responsible for video recording and editing.

We LOVE what we’re doing and hope this little website inspires you to try some recipes yourself. We promise: They’re easier than some of them might look, budget friendly, healthy and of course super delicious.
