VEGAN HASH BROWNS
I loved hash browns to death when I spent a year abroad in England, had them almost every week for breakfast, lunch or just as a snack. You could get them everywhere (supermarket, McDonalds,...) which was sooo convenient. Back in Italy, and now in Austria we don't have access to hash browns, at all. We have Rösti or Kartoffelpuffer which come close but just aren't the real deal. For this reason I studied different recipes and preperation methods to now present you our very own Hash Brown recipe. We hope you enjoy the recipe and the hash browns, of course.
