DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
You’re a sweet tooth but want to cut down on refined sugar? We got you! These cookies are yummy, soft and full of melted chocolate glory! Trust me you wanna try these ASAP!
Ingredients
180 g regular flour
8g baking powder
4g baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
60g cacao powder
120g of plant butter
~ 10 pre-soaked dates, puréed
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp agave syrup
60ml plant milk
For this cookies mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Now add the butter to a bowl an whisk until creamy and fluffy.
Preheat the oven to about 180°C.
Add in the puréed dates, peanut butter, agave syrup and plant milk, whisk again until creamy and fluffy (1-2min).
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add in chopped chocolate if you want and combine everything.
Form the cookies, put them on a baking tray and bake at 180° for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
