SWEET AND SOUR TOFU
SWEET AND SOUR TOFU! One of the easiest, fastes and most delicious meals you'll ever make! Only a few ingredients needed to whip up this colourful and incredibly tasty dish! You definitely have to give this a try!
For the sauce you need
4-5tbsp vinegar
1/2tsp salt
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp ketchup
1tbsp syrup
1. Now fry onion, garlic and ginger to your liking in a wok or a large pan.
2. Add in fresh or canned pineapple chunks and paprika.
3. Next add tofu or any other meat substitute you like.
4. Cover everything with the prepared sauce and toss until everything is nicely covered.
5. Serve with rice and fresh herbs! Enjoy!
