The BEST GRANOLA EVER
THE BEST GRANOLA EVER? That's exactly what this is! Super easy, homemade granola with simple ingredients and whipped together in no time at all. Plus it's also high in protein! Sounds awesome right? So let's get the granola magic started! All you need is the recipe below:
Dry ingredients:
450g rolled oats
175g spelt flakes
70g soy flakes
30g puffed spelt
100g seed + nuts
30g soaked raisins (soak in hot water for 10 minutes then discard the water and add only the raisins)
100g soaked lentils (soak for at least 12h)
Wet ingredients, blend until smooth
10 pre-soaked dates (+some of the soaking water)
3tbsp peanut butter
1. Combine everything in a large bowl bake at 170°C for 50-60 minutes. (Taking the granola out and tossing it every 20 minutes so it doesn't burn).
2. When it's done let it cool down completely, then add into jars or other air tight containers. Keeps fresh up to 1 month. Enjoy!
