WHOLE WHEAT BAO BUNS! We absolutely LOVEEEE Bao buns with all kinds of fillings but since we're trying to incorporate more whole wheat into our diet we figured why not try making Bao buns with whole wheat flour! And it worked pretty well! They tasted fantastic and were still pretty soft and fluffy so definitely a thumbs up for this one.
